I called several companies for quotes and I was impressed by Drew when we spoke over the phone. He arrived on time for his appointment and did a fantastic job setting up our new Samsung smart tv system that had stymied me as well as a representative from Samsung when I tried to set it up myself. Drew very quickly streamlined my set up, improved my internet connection, programed all my remotes so that they worked with the Samsung system and set up my apps for me. Before he left he made sure I knew how to navigate through the different devices to access the content that we most enjoy. He's smart and thorough. I highly recommend Drew and Tektronics.

Anthony was great. He repaired all my CAT5 cables that were hanging out of the wall with bad ends and put them all on a wall jack and routed them through a cable hider. Tidy and clean. Very reasonable price. I recommend Tektronics for home network repair, although Anthonyâ s business is much broader than home network repair.
