The 2 fella's that came I think their names were Moses and Eric they were so nice and professional. Did a great job and I give them a 2 thumbs up! I chose them because they were a local business and I believe in supporting my community of Chester Va! Thanks ya'll were awesome.

Derrick and Juan were on time, answered all questions, and were very friendly and polite. They were willing to take their shoes off before entering my home. They checked the installation to make sure it was working, both the new Heat Pump and the New Air Handler. I am very satisfied with this service. It has my highest rating, 5 stars overall!

Brandon Chase and Derek showed up on time pulled the old heat pump out and put the new heat pump in they did a great job I have no complaints if I need further assistance I will call Taylor construction I am very pleased got heat pump put in a week earlier than it was supposed to be. Thank you Mr Taylor.

They were the most competitive price wise for the same equipment and provided fabulous installation by two of their technicians, Brandon and Chase. They were efficient, neat, most respectful, and covered everything in detail with me before leaving a well cleaned up area. I couldn't recommend these two guys more highly. Taylor's Construction Heating and Air will be my first call going forward.

The Techs, led by Andy, were professional, courteous, and fast. I needed a new HVAC system. Joy was the best communicator and was helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate when helping communicate my requirements. I will use Taylor Construction Services again and happily recommend them to anyone.

The techs were polite and fast, used drop cloths to walk on from the front door to the attic, and replaced everything in around 5 hours. The quoted price was what I paid, no one tried to upsell me.

Both the home office customer team as represented by Joy was calm, helpful and cordial (I was a bit tense as my heat was out). Dillon was quick to response on his way home -- working me in to what I am sure was a busy day. Brandon and Juan (Moses) showed up on time and worked steadily hard throughout the day. My conversations/updates were mostly with Brandon - he was patient in answering my questions and went beyond expectations in his work. I have used Taylor for years (but not recently) and this work ethic displayed by all four representatives of Taylor provided great confidence (and comfort) in responding to what I consider a crisis situation. Very responsive, always ready to answer more questions before I decided to hire them. No sales pressure. Just friendly and informative. Install was quick and exactly to specs. I would certainly recommend Taylor Construction and/or hire them again.
