Throughout the process he was on time, he met the schedule we agreed on and the work looks great. I have since called on Charles for work on a second property and the results were exactly the same.     He was running a little late for our appointment but called us to let us know what time he would arrive for the job. Charles was very nice and very dependable. Highly recommend him for roof repair jobs. Installed 4 vent caps over existing caps . One vent had small leak so he installed 3 others to prevent future leaks.

    Charles and the team did a great job replacing my roof several years ago. I had an additional issue recently with some flashing during heavy rains, and I called Charles. Though not related to his previous roofing work, he came out immediately, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it for me the same day! His customer service is top-notch and I can not recommend him more highly.
