Leonel was a friendly guy and had good customer service. However, the work he did was awful. He was hired to replace the nozzle on a shower in a rental property. Although he did replace it, the workmanship was substandard. I had to go there later that day to caulk around the new nozzle, because he did not do it. I also had to go there the following weekend to fix the nozzle again, because it broke less than one week after he **fixed it**. A complete waste of $300+. I wish I had gone with someone else.

Both of the quarter turn shut off valves at my washing machine started leaking after only five years in my new home. Mr. Tarango was the only plumber I contacted who was willing to talk to me over the phone to discuss my options for repair. The other companies would only schedule a repair appointment first before any discussion of the problem would take place. Mr. Tarango arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment. The plumbing work was done professionally and promptly. Fair pricing. He was able to install the older style multi-turn water valves behind the washer for me. I would definitely use him again for plumbing work in my home.

Get the parts cost up front!! Don't just accept a labor plus cost of parts quote, or you will regret it. I paid five times what I could have bought the parts myself at Lowes.

I told Leonel about the noise the swamp cooler was making and he not only fit me in same day but drove around town to find the bearings we needed to replace the destroyed ones, and didn't charge me any extra. he stood on a ladder with a head lamp in order to do the work that evening so we didn't have to spend a miserable night in the heat. Highly recommended.

Leonel was very knowledgeable. I had requested service after hours, he called in the morning and said he was very busy and would see me at end of day or promptly first stop next day. He called me at 5 to say he d be over first thing in the morning and he was at my house first thing in the morning. He told me more about my ac system than the people that installed it. I would definitely hire him again. He made sure I felt important even for my ac checkup
