Fast and great work
Anthony is very knowledgeable. He installed a new tankless water heater to replace my old leaking tank water heater. Was able to get the job done very quickly and without making a mess . He explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Anthony at Tankless Plumbing Solutions. Antoinette Concord, Ca
Tony was informative, communicative, on-time and he did a great job replacing my water heater!
Highest recommendation from me. Tony is skilled, experienced, prompt, conscientious, diligent, and personable. Heâ s your guy, so hire him!
Excellent execution of project with great attention to both planning stage and follow up. Also scheduled project within one week of estimate.
The installation went smoothly and the work was high quality.
I believe he was told by the contractor board to fix the problem instead hes arguing with my husband that the problems aren his to fix his still refusing even after we reporte him to the contractor board to take responsibility
The client signed a written agreement that detailed the scope of work which specifically stated that a dedicated gas line was NOT included and would be at an additional cost if required by the City. The tankless installed Dec.'23 has worked flawlessly ever since date of install. The City requires a dedicated gas line before they will grant a permit and this client has gone scorched earth to get me to install one virtually free. January 2024 was the last time I heard from the client after I had negotiated with the City to resolve issues not related to the original scope of work. The City had indicated in writing (January) that they would grant the permit if client's gas dryer was eliminated. Apparently that decision was reversed recently when a second inspector reversed what the previous inspector had approved. I was not notified or present for the 2nd inspection which was arranged by the client. I considered the case closed after the client stopped communicating in January. Then in May 2024 the CSLB notified me of clients complaint. I have submitted by statement to them (with documentation) and a determination will be made over the next couple of months. I stand behind my work as always and will make any corrections if required. Note that the Rinnai tankless unit has been fully operational delivering hot water on demand since the date of install 6 months ago so clients rating is disingenuous to put it mildly. FWIW, my past ratings are very favorable because I take pride in delivering a superior service.
Tony was very easy to work with, very clear in communicating what our options were, and did great work.
