Returns calls and on time very professional and works diligently. Friendly and professional. Was available to assist and help with concerns or questions. We would definitely use again. Floors look great and cleaned up all debris.

Description of job time and conditions was accurate and honest. Principal was present and available for consultation through entire process.

Work was done correctly and on time. Contractor worked with my materials but I was in such a hurry we didn't execute a contract and I ended up with all the construction debris in my yard and did not get an itemized invoice of the extras that seemed quite high. Again this was probably my fault, but pay attention to the details.

We were facing a remodeling project that included replacing vinyl and carpet with true hardwood floors. We were looking for a small company that did the work themselves and were onsite everyday for questions and comments. Troy and Courtney provided just that. They performed the work themselves and were responsive and always open to any change along the way. Having been in construction most of my life, I knew what I wanted, and found it in T&S.
