Came to view work to be completed. Sent a quote, as per our discussion. Showed up, completed job and left area in a decent condition. I would recommend them and will consider them for additional jobs.

Paul arrived when he said he would and performed the request to overseed the lawn. There are small sections that did not take but we will wait until Spring to check the final results. That is the only reason that I did not give an overall excellent as we are still waiting on the outcome. Otherwise, his responsiveness and work ethic are A-one.

Responded quickly provided reasonable quote quickly. Job was complete on time. Upon expecting the property an hour after completion several large holes were left in the siding of the trailer. The landlord was not happy. There were pieces of siding in the grass next to the damage so it was definitely new. I was offered no resolution. They have denied making these damages. I've taken several pictures and would be happy to submit them for review. If the siding wasn't damaged and we were offered a resolution or any communication at all afterward it would have been a better experience. Overall do not recommend I felt this situation was not handled professionally.

Im very sorry you werent satisfied with your one time mow and removing brush and weeds. You claimed we damaged the underskirt of the trailer, however you provided no proof that we did. Most of the holes on the underskirt were higher than the grass line when finished. So those holes your trying to say we caused is out of the question. With the underskirt being so brittle there is a very small chance a couple of holes at the ground might have been caused by us. However with no proof of the condition of the underskirt prior to our services and with no way of inspecting it due to the grass/ weeds being overgrown especially on the house we can n
