One thing that really helped me choose Jose/So Cal Plumbers is that in our initial discussion, before hiring him, he was able to give me a labor quote, and an estimate for parts, AND he said there would be no markup on the parts! Providing such detail up front was reassuring and clarifying. The day of the appt, he was early, he graciously complied with the no-shoes-in-the-house request, he was prepared with a light and a fan! I was so impressed. and of course, he was able to fix the leaky shower. He even noticed a washer was missing and installed one. He was thorough yet efficient. Will totally hire him again. Oh and it was like 110F degrees that day, and he never complained. What a professional. =)

Exceptional service! This was not a simple dishwasher installation. Lowes installer was unable to complete the task until a new valve was installed on the existing hot water line. I contacted Angel at the recently renamed RPM.Plumbing, and he was able to install the new valve on the hot water line and complete the dishwasher installation within two hours of my first phone call.

Angel was very nice and professional.. He kept in contact and was on time.. One of the Toilets was defective I had to exchange it. Angel came back later the same day and installed the other toilet. He cleaned up and packed the old toilets away.
