I had a really bad flood in my basement and I needed a company that could come through and a pinch that was affordable and reliable. I reached out to a few companies, but the price was either way too high or their availability was limited. True North restoration was able to come out. Give me an estimate and start the work immediately. I was so worried all of this water would lead to mold, but they were able to quickly act and save me the headache of what couldâ ve been a very expensive problem. It was a disaster that was taken care of so easy. Our water heater leaked in our basement with major damage . These guys were very professional and prompt. Called them and arrived within 30 min. Cleaned all the water damage as well as dried the entire area . Checked to make sure everything was dried before the left. They filed with our insurance company for payment. No out of pocket cost. We will definitely use them again.
