Schim did a fantastic job on our renovations. We had some damaged dry wall that needed repairs, as well as a door that needed framed and installed and the work on both was excellent. Will definitely be reaching out for future renovations

From the moment the SCHiM team stepped over the threshold of our home, we knew we were in the hands of master contractors. In fact, we've done a number of projects over the years but SCHiM was the most professional and meticulous contractor experience that we have had to date. In 2022, we did a full interior renovation where the liner in our bathroom was not properly installed, and the pitch of the shower was terribly off. These egregious errors resulted in water damage on our first floor and many, many hours of stress and heartache. SCHiM made our bathroom more beautiful than it was in the first place and for that, we could not be more thankful

Working with Spiro Geroulanos and his crew at SCHiM was an absolute pleasure from day one. In addition to replacing the windows in my Manhattan apartment, my project involved re-building and painting a section of wall, window frames and window sills, and re-hanging the shades. The crew did a truly magnificent job!! Spiro is a gem â easy to communicate with, great about answering questions and addressing concerns promptly, and wonderfully accommodating. He and his crew take pride in working efficiently and neatly, and in exceeding clientsâ expectations. My primary residence is in Montana and doing this project might have been overwhelming, but Spiro kindly guided me through the process, put my mind at ease, and gave me confidence that my best interests were SCHiMâ s top priority. He and his crew are among the nicest, most professional, and talented people Iâ ve worked with â and my apartment looks better than ever.
