Their work is superb. They exeeded my expectation. The installation was fast. The quality of work is super. I will hire them again.

Had approx. 80 ft of 1 ft high (3 brick high) garden walls built. Demolition of old walls and disposal was already completed. This outfit was prompt, neat, and professional. I was told it was a one-day project, and it was completed in a half day. My question on "value" relates to my believing it would take all day to complete.

Jesse responded to my request for an estimate and went over ever detail that I wanted. The quote was fair and when I asked him questions regarding the details, he was clear and concise. The job was done quickly and his crew worked tiredlessly. When asked if there was anything else I wanted, when I asked for a few corrections, or offered suggestions, they were met with an "ok". I would advise future people that if you are "picky" about how things end up (we had a large flower bed put on an incline with a path around it.... ) that you should be present during the work to be sure it ends up the way you "image" it.) I would hire them again!!

Jesse and his team installed a retaining wall but also installed stone steps down the wall, as well as extending our previous pavers with a path to the stairs. The progression from old to new pavers (of the same type and color stone) are seamless. They installed drainage as well for us within the wall. Jesse made sure the work was up to our expectations and did not hesitate when we asked to make some adjustments to the stairs. Highly recommend!!!

The 2 laborers Raul and Ellias are why I even gave 2 stars, they worked hard and did a great job. The sales guy Jesse started off nice, but became less responsive as I had continuous issues. Project manager Josh said he would do this/that and then would go back on his word making excuses and argue with me. Would also pass his responsibilities onto others. When I brought one particular issue to his attention, he argued with me and then walked/drove away with no more words or resolution. Josh also didn't provide his laborers with all of the supplies needed (was missing half) to complete the job so they wasted a lot of install time having to shop for missing supplies which caused them to have to work too late. Julia the operations manager seemed nice the one and only time I've ever been able to reach her. All the other times I called I got voicemail. I had no other contact information to reach anyone else to resolve my issues which was frustrating when no one was responding.

Working with TLC was a great experience. They call back, they show up when they say they will and they do amazing work. I highly recommend their services.

We found TLC my yard at a home show. Charles came out to our property and put together a bid for a paver walkway, paver RV pad and driveway extension, and paver extension to our patio. In addition, a turf area with drainage for our dogs and a swing gate. We met at his shop later to pick out materials in their showroom. The great first impressions of the company were spot on. The team showed up on time daily and kept us informed of the timelines and next steps. The work was precise and looked amazing when completed. Many of our neighbors saw the quality of work and also hired them for projects. Their work is top notch and their prices are extremely reasonable. Charles and team are amazing and we highly recommend them.
