Sorry Deb that's all you feel we did. I was at your home for an hour. we tested your water in 3 locations, I tested your equipment the filter and softener, went through the programming, and found an issue that I fixed. Both units were backwashing at the same time that's a problem and I explained it to you. I explained the system issues to you but didn't find any bad water test so told you not to spend any money on a new system right now. The only issue I found was in the programming, so I changed it. I do strive to please every client. I told you not everyone likes what I have to say but I'm honest. I told you not to spend money on a new syst

Excellent work and terrific customer service. He was honest and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me add-ons too raise the price. Amazing company and people. I highly recommend them.

The other saltwater company I had was not really doing their job. I feel t&k water conditioning I am in great hands. They have reputable and honest reviews, they seem to be a great company I'm I'm glad I'm with them
