Best customer service I have ever experienced. Zac, our tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was running late for appointment but kept in touch. He was very thorough and cleaned up properly. He answered my questions and I appreciated his suggestions. I look forward to doing business again with all my projects.

The installation team was very professional yet friendly. They worked hard and cleaned up any mess. They were respectful of my home by laying plastic on the carpeted area and wearing booties.

Tiger Electric did a major electrical job for us. They did a good job, and I wish I could praise them for that, but unfortunately good feelings are not possible. It was an expensive job and an extra cost came along during inspection by Our Electric company which the Tiger representative agreed to cover. However it has been 2 years and they have never paid the $450 charge they agreed to the electric company and now we have to pay for them. My husband did the majority of the digging work for this project too, because we were completely out of power and it helped hurry things up. I felt then that they shouldve knocked some off the bill for that. Why have they never paid Southwestern what they agreed to pay? Why must we pay on their behalf? We would obviously go elsewhere for future business.

5-6-2022 update. I remain unhappy with tiger plumbing after calling them only for a water heater 12-9-2021 and ending up in a $61,176 dollar debt after I believe they made up things that I needed and got my wife to sign while i was at work. they talked to me like I was stupid and i have not lived in the same house since 1999. I only needed a water heater fixed or replaced. I did not need a $9800 tankless water heater I did not need new pipes I did not need new water lines I did not need a $10,600 fuse box i did not need a $500 dollar dryer vent kit I only needed a water heater. my experience was not hassle free and tiger plumbing has shown me nothing except disrespect anger and blame. no tiger plumbing I am never going to be ok with ending up in a $61,176 dollar debt double my homes value after calling you over a water heater. I am never going to recommend you to anyone and my opinion is you made up lies to get $38000 from two out of state finance companies. the $61,176 was the total amount with high financing. not one question has been answered in a professional manner about anything and there manager only threatens legal action when he wants to dodge a question. my experience with tiger plumbing has been a nightmare and now they have blocked me on Facebook google maps and will not answer my phone calls. I question if this is a real plumbing company because for me it seemed they were only after good reviews and money. they did not help me they did not help my house they only did what was best for them. i want half of a refund........updated RR 5-19-2022 5-19-2022 I am updating this review stating my issue with Tiger Plumbing has never been resolved. I feel I was taken for $61,176 after calling them only for a water heater 12-9-2021. I believe they made up things i needed and then got my wife to sign on a tablet while I was at work. this whole thing has been a nightmare and not hassle free. I am a veteran /desert storm and I have never been as disrespected as i have been from tiger plumbing. not one question was ever answered in a professional manner. $38000 was tiger plumbing outrageous price for 3 days of work that I did not need in my small home and the full amount of $61,176 was the total amount owed and we would have never signed up for their exclusive packages because we just paid off our mortgage and that amount was double my homes value. I feel they took advantage of us and seen it as a chance to make money. they did not help me or my home and I feel only did what was best for them by upselling my wife into things I did not need. I would like half of a refund but I know I will not see a penny of it and want to warn others of this. it was unfair and I feel like I was robbed not helped.

Your project manager offered you and your wife multiple options ranging from basic packages to more extensive, total-home solutions. You and your wife opted for one of our more inclusive packages which addressed several issues and safety concerns throughout your home. The scope of the work and the total price of the job were both explained numerous times and agreed upon prior to any work being performed. The concerns regarding your interest rate should be directed towards the company through which you were financed, as we do not control their terms or billing. As requested by you in January, our Customer Care Manager promptly provided you with your invoices and all signed contracts several times by fax and email. I take special pride when you hire Tiger for your plumbing and electrical work, our entire company works hard to make sure your experience with us is hassle-free and enjoyable, and I apologize you feel we missed the mark for you. Tiger was hired to replace a gas line to our gas fireplace. Our local gas company determined we had a gas leak in the wall and the line would need to be replaced. The price quote was for that specific work. When questioned about the cost, the project manager explained that more labor is needed to get into the wall to replace the line. There was no written quote delineating labor and parts. When the technicians came to replace the gas line, they did not replace the gas line as specified. They replaced some joints and valve outside the wall instead, which did not involve the extra labor needed to get into the wall. We did not receive a written, itemized accounting of the cost (labor and parts) of the work to be done. Since the techs didnt need to get into the wall, the labor cost should have been lower. We asked for an adjustment, but were refused. Also refused was a written breakdown of labor and materials to compare with original verbal quote. Two technicians, arriving 3 hours late, were here for, at most, 2 hours 10 minutes, and replaced a handful of joints and a valve. This service cost over $2,000. For the work done, it appeared only one technician was needed. Perhaps two would have been needed for the original gas line replacement. Bottom line: Tiger didnt do the work they were hired to do, but charged us as if they did. Bait and switch? HomeAdvisor should not be recommending this company! It reflects negatively on you.

Our flat rate, menu pricing was designed with the customer in mind. We charge by the job, not by the hour or per technician, and I apologize this was not adequately explained to you at the time of your appointment. In reference to the change in scope of work for your job, thank you for speaking with my Customer Care Manager and clarifying this issue. I personally apologize for any miscommunication that occurred in prior conversations with your project manager. I have addressed this with my team and have scheduled additional training on correctly handling changes in the scope of work that arise while completing jobs and overall customer communication. I am happy to hear that you will be refunded a portion of your bill to more accurately reflect the work that ended up needing to be completed in your home. As requested, an itemized invoice has also been mailed to you. Tiger Services is a veteran-owned, family-run business that has been serving the Metro East for over 27 years.
