Review of EXpert Home Builders. Cristiano and his crew are marvelous. On time, explain everything they are doing, open to new ideas, follow through with each task, manage all inspections which are a pain in the butt. Professional workers, his tile man is s wonder. Definately should be on your list of contractors to interview.

Searching for an honest contractor is overwhelming, I probably had 6 different contractors out to bid the job. The last one he talked to was Yoel. We found him and his company via Angi.com. We had purchased a property, built in 1936 that still had the original kitchen. Yoel had his kitchen designer come over first, and we chose our cabinets. Once it was close enough time to the cabinets being ready, he had all his sub-contractors lined up each day. Demo in 4 hours, rough electric in a day, rough plumbing in a day, I was shocked compared to past experiences where thereâ s tons of down time, there was barely any and that was just because it had been raining and the drywall work needed more time to dry. Yoel was very flexible with us adding different materials for the floor and adding on some extra work. We switched from vinyl flooring to tile and also adding some extra painting/mud work in two adjacent rooms to the kitchen. It took me months to write this review and the good part is everything is still working great! Weâ d love to work with Yoel again.

I went with Yoel and YS Remodeling on a full home remodel. It was big project and big responsibility and I am so happy I hired reliable contractor for it. Yoel and his crew worked hard every day to finish on time, which day did. The communication was great and Yoel informed me about working progress all the time. He resolved all issues easily and gave me some great suggestions. I am completely satisfied with my new remodeled home and will highly recommend YS Remodeling!

I originally hired Yoel to redo my entire back and front yards last year. Him and his crew did an amazing job. They were timely, clean, and very attentive to the details. In March, I decided to renovate the entire inside of my House with Yoel. In 2 months, he redid all three of our bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and painting. Once again, his guys were amazing. Finding a good contractor nowadays is extremely difficult. I have been looking to remodel my kitchen for years, but never truly felt comfortable moving forwards with ones that I have met. By mere coincidence, I found Y.S. Remodeling and Design remodeling my neighbors house and decided to give them a try. Yoel came out and listened to what I was looking for, offering many design options. He walked me through different ideas I could put into the kitchen, each having different functions. He was very knowledgeable in terms of what to do and what not to do. What made me feel comfortable with Yoel was that he was very honest and straightforward. He was guiding throughout this entire process, in ways that were much more beneficial and cost effective to me. I love the turnout of my all white kitchen, and cannot stop receiving compliments.
