Prompt, efficient, great job. Our installer was Tony G and he was great. After determining that the water heater could not be fixed, Tony G explained the process, gave us a quote and did the replacement, code upgrades etc. Tony G what a nice, friendly guy!

Installer Tony G. (5 stars). Very competent; very complete. At every step he explained what he was doing and why. Answered all of my questions. Company itself stands by its service (both the install and the water heater itself). All ancillary equipment replaced and up to the latest codes. Water heater itself (Bradford White) is top grade (and made in the USA). Again 5 Stars for Tony G. and The Water Heater Company.

Our sixteen year old water heater was leaking gas. My husband called The Water Heater Company who quoted for exactly what repairs were needed. The telephone representative who helped us requested photos of the water heater. He could tell what items were needed to bring the new water heater up to code. We were very pleased that Tony, the water heater installer, was scheduled to come the next day! Tony was punctual, thorough and answered all the questions I had. He explained everything that was done and made suggestions for other improvements we might want to have done. Everyone was very professional and very honest from beginning to end. They also use the very best water heaters with great warranties. Much higher quality than you can get at Home Depot or Lowes. We are very excited to recommend Tony and The Water Heater Company!

On August 21 I requested descaling tankless water heater from this company. Two very professional guys Gonzo and Kevin did the job. Beside being experts in their field they have great sense of humor. Mr.Gonzo patiently answered my questions , so I think he could be a great teacher. The price is reasonable. So, I will call them next year.

Needless to say, when major home components need replacing who can you trust to do the job correctly at a fair price... The answer for water heaters is these guys, I can't rave enough about the job they did without gouging me. The technicians, Kevin and Gonzo were extremely professional and are clearly at the top of their game, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future or refer anyone in need of this service. The Water Heater Company was able to replace our broken tankless heater within 36 hours of me initially contacting them. Our old tankless heater installed by the previous owner was violating code, so they made sure that the new heater was all done properly. Dale was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He came out to do the initial estimate, and then did the install as well. I cannot recommend him enough. He got the job done completely and professionally without any issues.

Super professional! Anthony and Tanner at the Water Heater Company responded promptly! The entire company is very professional, friendly, customer-oriented. They are very good and their services are reasonable priced. Their office system for communicating with clients and sending paperwork is so easy and organized, it's painless! I highly recommend.
