Sealing a flat porch roof was done and was told work was guaranteed. Roof is still leaking. Also gave a deposit for additional work which consisted of replacing some gutters and downspouts and adding a few new ones. Some of the old gutters were removed but contractor never came back. Job was not completed and my refund was never returned. I high recommend not hiring this contractor.

He came to the house looked at the work gave me a price. Showed up and did a professional job. Would recommend him

Tom came to give me a quote. He gave me a reasonable quote and said he could fix it today! He said rain is coming so it's best to fix the roof asap. I can't tell you how relieved I was when he said he could fix it today. He ran to get the supplies he needed and fixed two trouble spots on my roof! He even said he'd come back to patch an unrelated hole in the side of my roof tomorrow. He has a 5 year guarantee and told me that if my roof leaked again, he'd come back and fix it for free. He was such a nice, honest, and knowledgeable guy! I can't be more happy with him and his work!

I had to get a sizable patch, as I am thinking of doing renovation and adding some square footage to my house, and did not want to do an entire roof at this time, until I do the addition, and then I will do a new roof. For now, this gives me about 5 years to plan the renovation and it was cost effective. The team came, quoted the work to be performed and did a great job. Would recommend as they have thirty years of knowing how to get things done properly and they cleaned up all trash. Thank you!

I hired Mr. Gorman for a deck repair, sealing and painting. He was prompt to schedule the estimate and start working. I asked him to replace some rotten pieces of wood from the deck, including the deck railing, seal and paint the wooden deck. He did the job on May 2024. Took several text messages reminding him to pick up his equipment and the wood he removed from my deck. He came 3 weeks later, picked up his equipment, but left the wood. I contacted him on 6/29/24 to let him know the wood he used is warped and separating from the deck structure. Sent him pictures and asked him to please come back. He cancelled the mutually agreed Saturday morning appt and was a no show/no call to the following Monday 430 pm appt. I paid the amount he asked for, without any question and now he is not responding to the 5 year warranty on work and materials he advertised. I am surprised of all the good reviews, but that was not my experience. If you have a project in mind, please consider other contractors!

Very good job on our deck and fence. Wood pre cleaner, 2 coats of waterproofing stain sealer. Will recommend to others.
