System Pavers

I hired System Pavers for a much-needed backyard makeover with pavers which is currently in progress. So far, they've exceeded my expectations. My only regret is that I didn't hire them in the first place. From the initial site visit, their communication and expertise has been excellent. One of the biggest advantages of going with a company as big as System Pavers is that they have a lot of resources and knowledge to tap into during the planning and execution of your project. You're assigned an entire team with very clearly-delineated responsibilities, including a Project Manager, Construction Managers, Design Consultant, and Sales Manager. The Design Consultant had plenty of good ideas that we implemented and clearly knew his stuff. The whole team has been very professional and have lots of experience which is very reassuring when you're embarking on a big project that involves quite a bit of demolition which can be stressful. I'm also impressed with how fast everything came together. We were able to plan, finalize a design, and start work in less than a month.

Dan helped me when I really needed it! I had to have plumbers take up a lot of pavers to fix an outdoor drainage problem, and he and his crew replaced the pavers so neatly you’d never know anything had ever been disturbed!

This is my first-ever google review. System Pavers carried out an enormous job for us, and they proved to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. That is no exaggeration--and I have very high standards. Our flagstone patio and pool-surround, measuring roughly 1500 square feet, were cracked beyond repair because the earth had been settling over the years. The entire thing needed to be destroyed, the debris hauled out, and a new patio and pool-surround installed to replace them. I had long dismissed pavers as an option because I thought they'd be way too expensive, but I asked System Paves to give me a bid anyway. Scott came out and did that. He was very friendly, informative, and zero pressure, and his bid was very reasonable for the size of the job. I was surprised and decided to move ahead. As the job was about to start, I was turned over to Darin, who'd be overseeing the work crew. He, too, was very friendly and informative, and he was genuinely concerned with every detail of the job, making sure that everything went exactly right, and being totally responsive to every issue I raised along the way. Inevitably, issues did arise. The existing concrete turned out to be much thicker than they had estimated, with rebar (which they didn't know about), and more difficult and time-consuming to remove-- but Darin's crew just did what they needed to do, took the extra time, and got the job done. There was no attempt to raise the price to me. When the pavers were put down, some areas were not sloped properly, but Darin was all over it and made sure the pavers were re-laid until the sloping was right. When they did the demo, they found that the posts holding up our patio roof were rotted at the bottom, and Darin had the crew dig out the concrete underneath, attach metal to the posts, and re-do the whole thing so that our support structure was far better than ever. This was an unexpected cost for them, but, again, it was just included as part of the job. There were a number of other issues too. In every case, Darin insisted on doing things right, and he responded quickly and positively to every concern I raised. When I texted him, moreover, he would always get back to me immediately. He never put me off. He never made me feel like I was being a perfectionist or that my expectations were too high. I was shocked, really. I have never dealt with a company that was so responsive. Darin kept emphasizing throughout that I have a 25 year warranty, and that, if anything goes wrong down the road, just contact him and it will be made right. I believe that. The final product--a huge new patio and pool-surround--is beautiful and well constructed. I couldn't be happier with it. And the cost was reasonable. As I said, I have never written a google review before, but in this case I really wanted to. Darin and System Pavers consistently went above and beyond to do a great job, and they deserve the highest praise.

They did such Wonderful job building our patio pavers and BBQ grill island; from marketing—Jose coming up to our door introducing System Pavers, to John Castagnola, their honest and very well experienced Senior Design Consultant, to Haley the coordinator and Ricardo Garcia—project manager and his crew led by Gustavo—-our experience could not be any better. They work fast, efficient, accurate. They finished earlier than expected. The financing option of no interest for 18mos also is the cherry on top of a good deal. Really happy with the project. Def will recommend to our friends and family!

I throughly enjoyed my experience with Dan B., his crew, and the system pavers team. They all were friendly, timely, and experienced. From the beginning to the end of the project it was a very pleasant and positive experience. All team members were available for communication. Dan B. and his crew put in turf in backyard. Dan B. and his crew are knowledgeable and experienced. We will definitely recommend Dan B. And the system pavers for any work that needs to be done in your outdoor living space.

Project Manager was on the site right from the beginning. I appreciated all the help the crew did in order to finish the project, so exponentially. Nice job.

Great experience with each person involved, and we now have a wonderful new patio.
