Kitchen remodel started in June of 2022 and was never completed until January 2023.
Response from Company:
The original contract was signed in the Spring of 2021. Cabinets were ordered and work commenced in July 2022. What the customer fails to admit is the delays in the project were caused when the cabinets arrived. 1st their refused to install the cabinets they had chosen, from the supplier whom they had paid directly. It took almost 4 weeks to straighten out the issue and they went ahead with the cabinets. Additionally, a front door that had been ordered through another supplier took over 12 weeks to arrive, which further delayed the project completion. As we cannot post pictures of the work here, nor can we post the customer payments which they made in full. We are highly disappointed by this review, as all of the work was performed, and the customer even signed a Completion Certificate. Though the job did not go as all would have hoped the end product was done in a workmanlike manner. SCI does not control the supply chain and materials issues. We can only install what is chosen by our clients or make recommendations for changes if they do not like what they have chosen when it arrives. The client chose and paid for their cabinets, flooring, countertops, and fixtures.

They also did 2 bathrooms and refinished the terrace. George was great to work with and he managed the entire project with our architect without an issue.

Dishonest, unprofessional business and owner. George Beros is a thief. We were remodeling the master bathroom with the company. Not one professional on a team. Tile work - horrible. The shower still leaks. The wrong tile was installed(!) - and it was not even mentioned that it does not match the other wall in the installation process. The ceiling is awful. After the first month of these nonsenses, George replaced the original team of workers, but each of the next ones was able to screw something even more. The process took 5 months instead of 2; we are still fixing what the company ruined. Initially, we wanted to remodel all of our bathrooms with the company and put up a deposit for the next project the sum of $5000. About three weeks ago George notified us that the money was sent back to us. At this point, we do not have the money nor George is anywhere to be found, not picking up the phone, or not replying to our emails. Dishonest owner. Shitty company. SCAM!
