I was rescheduled 4 times and mostly ended up being a last minute notices. 1st it was a weather setback...not too upset...then another job ran over time...then something about him being hurt...4th time then he shows up without proper tools to get the job done...then I was promised the 5th time it would happen but then his helper did not show up to work that day. 5 times!!!! over the course of 3 weeks...and I still did not have my swing assembled. So now I am back at square 1 trying to find someone else to get this done for goodness sake. Overall.....he was a nice man, very polite and seemed knowledgeable...but really bad time management and the late notices it was an extremely irritating experience....for example I left work early on two of those occasions for him to contact me at the appointment time or 30 minutes prior to tell me; he would not make it to do my swing project that appointed time and day.

Joe was professional and communication with him was quick and easy. Our equipment was delivered weeks before it was supposed to be, and Joe rearranged his schedule to fit us in so we didn't have to keep all the material piled in our garage. He was also available after the job was done to help us with any questions we had. We will definitely be hiring him for our next project - cannot recommend him enough.

Joe and his co-worker were on time and did not let the weather hinder their work. They were very professional and knowledgeable about assembling a large swing-set which they completed in a day although instructions called for a two day assembly! They brought great delight to our grand-daughter and I would definitely recommend them.
