Nate understood exactly what I was asking for and came back with an accurate quote, that was the same when work was done. Alex did a great job measuring and asking questions to make sure everything was as I needed. Femelyn did a great job with the contracts and followed up to ensure I received them and they were in order, and the installers were very professional and efficient, following building guidelines for installation. Definitely recommend Supreme Showers

Originally, I posted that the job was not completed after four weeks and now we are at seven weeks not completed. Entry shower door was installed wrong. The door should have been installed so that it opens on the outside, instead it was reversed and opens on the inside. We could not test the leaking since they claimed that the silicone needed to dry for 24 hours. Next day we found that the shower leaks in three places and not just a dribble of water -flooding everywhere! The shower is not usable until it is fixed. Supreme Showers is ignoring our calls for 4 weeks now and we can not get them to fix this. How could you just walk away from this nightmare? I do not feel like Angi has offered any help to remedy the situation? Still waiting?. Help!!!!! I have 3 boys and need this shower in working order. This has gone on way too long!
