Supreme Clean

Mariah was on time. She did a great job with parts of the house but for a deep clean was still lacking. She did not vacuum upholstery or dust fans/above mirrors. fridge was not completely clean and window sills were not wiped down. she did offer a walk through but I was heading out and did not have time - it looked ok on first glance. Counters in kitchen still had parts that had not been completely cleaned. My biggest issue was that I asked for a quote for a deep clean including appliances and was quoted $300 and then charged $435 because my sq footage was more than my estimate and charged additional for appliances. Charge per square foot was not explained to me ahead of time and the quote I assumed included the appliances since that is what I requested. This felt like a bait and switch to me. Even though Mariah was polite and respectful, I can not recommend a business with shady business practices and therefore would not recommend her. This is the most I have ever had to pay for a cleaning service and it did not match the value. I would have put this at around a $200 deep clean. My last deep clean was $240 before tip and was discounted through Angi and was superior to this cleaning. Mariah did do a good job with the baseboards which was what I called out as most important to me.

We hired them for their moving package. The parts they cleaned in our old house were very clean. They didn't, however, clean out the kitchen drawers, the bathroom drawers, or the freezer. It was partly our fault for not finding out specifically what this package entailed. Also, we were quoted $350, but when it came time to pay the bill, the price suddenly went up to $405 because of the size of our house. If you are going to use this company, be very specific beforehand with them.

Did a great job on my bathroom. When I showed her a couple of spots she missed, she cleaned them right up.

Hired for a pre-move in one time deep clean. Upon a quick walkthrough, things appeared fine so I paid and sent her on her way. Upon a deeper inspection, I felt taken advantage of. There was still dust in most corners of the ceiling and around most the baseboard, especially in the bathrooms. This was not ideal, as I had painting to do. If you do hire this company, do not let them rush you through the walk through!

Was looking for a COVID clean for hosting my 85-year-old grandmother. Mariah charged $150 for a deep clean 2 bed 2 bath home. Neglected an entire bathroom, was never cleaned. Was here for 1 hour. Basically vacuumed and left. Do not hire.

Mariah was great â we hired her for a move-out clean and she missed a few things that weren't obvious to me at the time, like the kitchen backsplash and the fridge, so take some time with the walkthrough after. Otherwise, her personality was fantastic and I'd recommend her, definitely.

Mariah is very professional and does a thorough job. She is very timely. We would definitely hire her again.
