Superior Roofing of New Mexico

My company did a job for Carlos (the owner) of their materials to be transferred from their backyard (mold and bug infested materials) to a storage facility. Obviously they are planning on reusing this material in someones home which is not professional and could get someone extremely sick. Not only that but Carlos refused to pay after services rendered. Him and his wife took off from their home before we got back from the storage facility and said they would be in contact within the hour. Carlos than had his wife call us telling us about her back pain and they can't pay more than 200.00. The invoice total was actually 527.38. Our truck is now needing a full clean up due to the bugs and mold, not to mention the fuel, as well as the three and a half hours of labor payed to our employees. I would be very weary of the materials they are planning on reusing and materials they have already used in their customers homes. This company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Horrible craftsmanship. Leaks all over. They never showed up to fix leaks for weeks. Did not install roof correctly. Did not get proper permits. Now they will be investigated by county and state regulators. Said there is a manufacturers warranty but they never provided one.

Many problems with this business in order to get work completed. Very disappointed.

They showed up on time and got the new roof on in one day. Very fast! The cleanup after the job wasnâ  t so good. They left my tv antenna dangling off the side of the house, many of my landscaping rocks, which they had used to hold down their tarps were left in the yard and not put back. My side gate was damaged, and there are now marks from the old shingles that bounced out of their trash dumpster on my garage door. They did not install any flashing around my chimney so any water that runs down the roof will go between the shingles and chimney and cause water damage in the attic and walls. They said they would come out and repair it but did not show up when they said they would and did not contact us to let us know they would not show. At this time I am still waiting to get the roof finished. We chose this company because they had high reviews. The company has been good to deal with, but I would not recommend them because they have not finished the roof properly and are now resolving the problem slowly.
