Just seemed like there was always something to delay the project and the entire process was very stressful. We are happy with our pool but I would not hire them again.

Contracted with Superior pools just over a year ago for them to build my pool. To date, they have not finished all the punch list items and continue to lie about getting things fixed. The flagstone coping on my pool turns white and the top layer has started to deteriorate. I have made multiple phone calls and sent several texts and emails only to get a response that they will get it fixed. The owner repeatedly lies about taking care of these problems. There were other issues with the decking that I finally paid someone else to fix. I would strongly consider other builders if I had it to do over again.

Terrible experience during construction and almost zero support in warranty period including piping leaks and a crack in the pool shell that Superior will not respond to.

After getting (3) quotes I choose Superior Pools. After that the wheels were in motion. They assisted me in getting the HOA approval. Next we had a jobsite meeting with my designer, my supervisor, and the owner showed up. He was not what I expected ! Peter was nice, made some great suggestions, and even gave us his personal cell number. They told us 8-10 weeks pending weather. I was swimming in 7 !!! Very impressive!!! since then I have given there name to coworkers and neighbors. In all I'm very happy and the whole staff was nice. The owner is a real hands on type. Shows up on weekends and sometimes evenings just to check the work. I liked that they did a lot of in house employees. Thanks for a great job. Vince & Lisa

Project has taken too long, and no one informs you how the project is coming along. Was told this project would take about ten days to do from start to finish, it has been over a month as of 10-23-14. I'm just ready for it to be over now.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
