I hired Tim to come out and do my bathroom remodel in Johnson City and I was very impressed with his work ethic and overall my new bathroom looks amazing! He was very informative and communicated with me every aspect of the job. At the end of the project I was very satisfied with what I had paid for and I would highly recommend Tim and SHS to anyone needing a bathroom remodel with tile work. Cheers!
My project with Superior Home Solutions 352, SHS, was to convert a carport into a garage. The carport has concrete block walls about halfway to the ceiling and roof. The scope of work was to remove slats of wood above the concrete walls, remove metal caps from the tops of the concrete walls because they were rusting and staining the walls, complete the walls to the ceiling by framing and sheathing and allowing for 4 windows, installing vinyl siding on the sheathing, removing asphalt from the driveway and pouring concrete for the garage entrance, framing for and installing 2 single garage doors with openers, constructing a roof above the garage entrance, and installing an entry door on the side of the garage. The contract was signed in early September. No completion date was stated in the contract but I had already told the owner that I wanted this completed before winter weather, such as by Thanksgiving Day. SHS immediately ordered the garage doors and materials for their installation, and the entry door, and these were received by early October. This project should have taken only 2-3 weeks, 4 at most. Work began around mid-October and the work crew was on site only 21 hours in the first 3 weeks, during which time the walls were framed and sheathed, the asphalt was cut out, and the entry door was so poorly installed that the door would not completely close. I had to stop the work one day because SHS told the work crew not to remove the rusting metal caps. The few number of hours on site demonstrated a low commitment to this project and it got worse. No work was done for 5 weeks straight. In early December I suggested that we terminate the contract so I could find a new contractor to complete the job. The concrete was finally poured mid-December, by which time winter weather was here. Around this same time SHS contracted the Covid virus. At the end of December I personally loaded and hauled away the pile of asphalt that blocked the entrance to one side of the carport since 11 weeks earlier. In mid-January we terminated the contract. I would have been without a nighttime security light during these 3 months if I had not re-installed it soon after work had started. Now it is mid-winter and I still have a carport exposed to snow but am about to sign a new contractor.
We had Tim completely redo an entire bathroom and he did a great job. He is very friendly, honest and easy to work with.

Site was not done in 5 weeks time. Did not have a contract in writing and worked only few hours a day
Tim and his crew went above and beyond with their work. Would recommend to anyone. Did a super job on our bath including laying tile and all the pluming. Pays a lot of attention to all details.
PAYMENT ISSUES / DISPUTES. VERBAL AND LACK OF CONTRACT ISSUES.
I hired Superior Home Solutions to install a stone mosaic backsplash in my kitchen. Not an easy installation and the work was completed in one day. Tim and crew are conscientious and pay attention to detail. They perform the work as if they were performing it for their own homes. They did a neat job and cleaned up well. He came back a few days later after the grout dried (and after being paid) to do the caulking. Very impressive. Superior has earned my trust and I highly recommend them.
