Superior Flooring Pittsburgh

Communication, workmanship, and professionalism are lacking entirely. The contract was a poorly typed up document that left much to the imagination. I was told they took card but was asked to pay for the job with cash or give my card information over the phone. During the work I was never contacted, and ignored for days on end when reaching out for updates. The job was 'finished' roughly a week later than expected. An entire room was not refinished as discussed. I was yelled at, told I didnt communicate properly, and belittled in my own home when addressing the issue. Tony begrudgingly charged me more money to finish the job. The work is sloppy; parts of my walls/floors were dinged, unremovable putty is splattered on the walls, and there is barely any filling in the cracks of the boards. The poly on the floor is so thin in some spots it is peeling and when water is spilled the floor soaks it up and stains. I need to find another professional to re-do what I spent thousands on.

We highly recommend Superior Flooring. Tony, the owner, has extensive expertise and high quality standards. We contracted with Superior Flooring to remove deteriorating, 1950's era mosaic tile from a small bathroom and replace it with new porcelain tiles, and to repair shower floor grout in a second bathroom. The price was very fair. Jimmy, the installer did a great job, and was a pleasure to have in our home. Laura, in the office, was very helpful and friendly. We're very happy with the end results, and will turn to Superior Flooring for any future flooring needs.

They arrived as scheduled and finished the job as scheduled. Jim did a great job. He was courteous and cleaned up each day. My husband and I hired Superior Flooring for two separate jobs. Both of the jobs turned out perfect. We could not be happier with this company. Tony and his employees were always on time and worked hard to get the job done. I would highly recommend this company.

If I had given the chance of giving negative review I would have given -100. the worst flooring company to work with, first Tony promises everything. that he will take care of everything. not giving proper quote then he comes up with an idea of getting more money when the half work is done. He stopped the work half way asking for more money or else work will not be done Very unprofessional, not trust worthy, We knew that he would do something like this but thought he is a local guy will give him a chance and see, but he showed his true colors and took extra money from us. Be careful with these types of people they are not nice, He does not know how to talk to customer. I would never recommend to any one, Will leave it on his Karma
