We hired this company to do a remodel on our house. Initially they seemed very personable and professional. We checked the license and read the good reviews. We signed a contract. We paid a large deposit promptly, we paid every due payment within a day or two. The project had fits and starts but we did not think much of it. We were trusting. 5 months into a four-month project and with over $90,000 dollars already paid to this company, our house was gutted, roof and floor still open, the wood warping because of the extreme heat and rain, not a single inspection has been passed, their invoices started becoming more vague, their attitude very aggressive. They picked a fight over $1500 dollars pulled their crew, stopped the work, and started threatening us with false accusations and lawsuits. We hired three independent experts to assess the work they did and we got the answer again and again, the work is of very poor quality, the structural work is all wrong, we will be better off demolishing and starting over. What they did to our home and our family is unforgivable and I hope that they meet their just desert as I am sure they will.

SDR provided excellent customer service. They consistently arrived on time each morning. They prepped work areas well and they thoroughly cleaned up project areas at the end of each day. The staff was polite and very attentive to detail. The quality of work provided was excellent. Questions or concerns were addressed timely.

We hired SDR to build a portico onto the front of our brick colonial home. We received a number of quotes and they were the most reasonable so we went with them knowing they're primarily a waterproofing company. The project took a while to complete, mostly due to slow downs on our end, but we were left very satisfied. When we noticed a couple issues with the columns of the portico after the project was completed, they promptly returned to fix the issue. I would say their communication could be improved since some emails went unanswered for a while only to find out they were on vacation or on leave, which is understandable, but otherwise we're very happy with how the project turned out.

We hired SDR to help us out with a water emergency situation after a pipe burst in our attic and water poured from the second floor all the way down to the basement. We had a great service experience with them. They were professional, quick and communicative.

Superior damage restoration was very responsive and organized when I called about my leaking water line that burst and flooded my basement. But the best part of the experience was the skilled technicians they sent out. The technicians were prompt, professional, and really went the extra mile to explain the issues and walk me through exactly what would be the best way to repair the leak, remediate and prevent it from happening again. I did appreciate that they presented several options at different price points, with pros/cons for what to do in my basement. They were super careful about my home, wearing masks and booties and cleaning up carefully as they worked. Efficient, energetic, diligent â  I will definitely choose Superior Damage again.
