Super team moving is really the best moving of all the calls I received to move my bakery equipment. They were updating you as time proceed . They even move my equipment and material plus furniture in the heart of hurricane Ian . Some of my appliances was to large for my entry way and those 4 guys act as a real super team to make it happen. I strongly recommend this company for you move . I personally will do it again and again . Jimme

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. It is such a different experience I was expecting from the conversations leading up to the move-in. Just a list of issues I have with the service. - work started at 10:15. Work was scheduled to start at 9:00am per the contract. - 4 hours into a 5-hour contract, I called multiple times to check on where the team was in the moving process and tell them to stop wherever they were in the process to make sure that they were not going to go over the allotted time. However, I was unable to get in touch with them for 2 hours. I finally had my wife drive to the apartment where they were still in the process of moving. When I explained to John that I had been trying to contact him he said he was working and did not see my calls. When asked if he was going to charge me for the time he said yes. I told him to stop immediately and head to my new place to not get additional charges. - when they finally arrived at the new house an hour later, I was told that I had to pay cash upfront (over 2 times what I had been quoted) before unloading my things and was being charged for 9 hours. I was told that it was company policy that I had to pay cash. That is stated nowhere in the contract. When I pointed out that cash payment was nowhere in the contract and that to ask me to come up with over $2,000 cash when what we had agreed to was less than $900 was unreasonable, I was then told that I could not pay with credit card because the machine was broken. We argued about this for an hour, all the while holding my items hostage and delaying the time I could put my child to sleep. I asked to speak to an owner or manager but was denied. Apparently none was available. - miraculously he was able to find someone to change my credit card. Since we were now several hours later than expected my father and I helped to move the things ourselves to expedite the process. - To add insult to injury Once I was finally able to set up my TV it was broken. I was just going to let it go because the team did a solid job wrapping everything but the damaged TV is a bridge too far. This will be the first negative review I leave for any business I have worked with. Such a disappointment.

First of all, you said that the guys showed up late that is a lie because when I have the conversation with you the day before your move I told you clear that the movers will start the job at 10:00 Am and they showed up exactly at 9:45 AM by the time to sign up with the front desk and all the process they went up at your penthouse at 10:00 AM .you mentioned that we had 4 hours to five hours a contract that is not true also if so prove it, when the movers got your apartment you explained what needed to be done And ask them how long it might take them.

There are a few things that this company is not upfront about. Hidden fees. They damaged some of my items without any compensation or remedy. I chose Super Team Moving and Storage, LLC because the price was seemingly reasonable compared to other companies that gave me quotes. They quoted $100/hr at a minimum of 3 hours +$100 for truck rental (Total $400). When they arrived all my things were packed but they insisted on putting my smaller boxes into bigger boxes that I had to pay for to make the move faster. When we got to the second location I was told I had to pay before they unload the truck. Then I was told on the spot that they add an additional charge of 2 hours ($200) to the quote for unloading and that I would be refunded if all the time is not used. Wish I knew this beforehand. They charged me $697. Way more than original quote. The movers used hand trucks to unload the truck and were pretty much done before 1 of the additional hours was complete. Then suddenly they started bringing in things one by one by hand to draw out the time. Because of this they finished unloading in 1 hour and 7 mins and I was charged the full 2 hours. Another thing they will not tell you is that they charge for a full hour after 5 mins. Very behavior and unfair to the customer. They control the time and will milk it. Then the following day when unpacking I found that my items were poorly packed in the larger boxes and a few things were damaged. The same boxes I had to buy that were claimed to make the move faster. I messaged Sydney who admitted that the boxes were poorly packed but then stopped replying after I asked what can be done about it. For these reasons, I can not recommend this company. Too shady. I do not see why they just could not be upfront about the pricing so I could have made an informed decision on which company to choose.

Sidney and his team were awesome. Punctual, efficient, respectful and straightforward. No surprises with hidden fees and all other BS you usually have to deal with when hiring movers. Highly recommend and will use them again! Thank you!
