At first I was a bit worried because I could not reach the owner for a few days and it worried me that I could have been scammed but when I found out that he had just lost his phone - the communication from that point on was excellent. The owner is always available and very flexible as well as quite affordable and does a great job!

Kerry was prompt to respond. He gave me the best price. He did an excellent job. I would recommend him to my neighbors.

I had an emergency service request to clean up our backyard. Kerry came, gave a very good picture of what he propses, very upfront, no nonsense price. He came the next business day and got the job complete very fast. very thorough, no cutting corners. clean up after the job was excellent also. I was so impressed that i gave him another job to take care of my lawn. I have no doubt that will be taken of well! you cannot go wrong with Kerry.

We hired Sunshine Landscaping to work on our irrigation system. Kerry did a good job and charged a reasonable fee. However, he was a little hard to get in touch with and didn't show up a couple of times when we had an appointment.

Kerry was fairly responsive to requests for information but as time has gone on, he hasn't kept in touch about on-going maintenace. While I did not set-up an annual maintenance plan him but rather a sort-of a la carte arrangement, I thought he'd contact me from time-to-time to check-up. It may be a bit unfair of me because this was open-ended. Maybe I was thinking that I'd have heard from him whether additional treatments were necessary. He is friendly, & despite the above, appears to be very service-minded. My suggestion is that you speciifically get a clear understanding up-front which is a good practice anyway. Prices reasonable.

They were very good at the clean up. I was not sure what I wanted, looked around and they gave me what I wanted. I was very pleased with their work. I would call and ask if they could do this and they would do it. They were fantastic.
