    Our tech was friendly... We asked for a quote on moving the thermostat to a new location. The tech said he'd crunch some numbers and get back to us the following day.... and nothing. He accomplished what we hired him to do - but follow-up was disappointing.

    I got charged $800 for repair they said they need my coil be cleaned 2 weeks later they come back they told me my coil is leaking and it's $3,000 to fix I am 100% sure the tech broke my coil

    Honest, on time, explained service in detail. I believe he wanted to handle my issue. I don't think money was the most important thing to him. I will continue to use Sunny Service. In fact, I bought their service plan. Mask & shoe coverings also!!

    Very prompt and professional service. When the heat index outside is Forecasted to be 107 and your kids wake up sweating in their beds because the A/C isnâ t working, you need reliable service and fast! I sent a request through Home Advisors just after 10:30 am on a Saturday and Sunnyâ s called me within 10 minutes. He explained a few things about their service and how they do business, gave me a quote for the service call and got me scheduled on a technicianâ s next stop. I got a text message with information about the technician that would be arriving and his expected arrival time. Stephen, our technician, called about an hour before our scheduled appointment to say that heâ d completed the call before mine a bit early and could be at my home in 15 minutes if it was convenient for me. He arrived as expected, showed me his ID and was masked, gloved and ready to inspect my A/C units and investigate the problem. Stephen explained everything he found and what the recommended fix was including how much it would cost. He also suggested their service membership but wasnâ t aggressively â sellingâ me something I didnâ t need or wasnâ t interested in. I felt very comfortable that the service I received was fairly priced and was the needed repair for my A/C unit and it was back up and running within about an hour of his arrival. It took several hours for my house to cool back down to the desired temperature but my upstairs unit is now working better than it was before! My kids woke up to nice cool rooms the next morning. We are definitely satisfied with the professionalism and knowledgeable service that we received and will use Sunnyâ s for our A/C and heating service needs from here on out!

    If I could give 10 stars, I would! I am VERY impressed with Sunny Service. My technician (Brandon) was amazing by far the best tech I have ever had in my home!! He is knowledgeable, hard-working, honest, and took the time to explain everything to me (before he began the work as well as after he completed it). When he left, I knew my AC was fixed/repaired correctly by someone who was/is an expert in his field. If you are looking for an honest, reliable AC/Heating company (who will treat you like a VIP), call Sunny Service!
