Matthew and his crew did a fantastic job at installing my concrete patio! They were on time, thorough with me and the process, and most importantly executed quality work to my high standard. I will certainly use them for future projects.

Sunflower was excellent to work with. I live in a different state and was nervous about hiring a contractor from a distance. Matthew and his team were great about communicating with me. The project took a few days longer than planned but that was because of their attention to detail and wanting to do the best job possible. I especially want to acknowledge Jose, who went above and beyond to finish the job and return excess materials to Home Depot for me.

They did a great job! My neighbors have been giving us compliments about the how great our house looks with the new paint. We also had our gutters done. They were always on time and did a great job.

We used Sunflower for a full walkout basement finish with kitchenette, full bath, laundry, home office/spare bedroom with built in custom bookcase murphy bed, and large living area with custom built ins. We also decided to do a partial kitchen remodel with new quartz countertops replacing our granite and two tiered island. We got a waterfall island and took the quartz up for the backsplash. We then decided to add on interior painting since the walls needed to match our new kitchen. lol. So happy we added that on and that the team was able to do that. As with any large projects there are always small bumps in the road, but Sunflower took care of everything. We're finally done and can't wait to furnish our new basement. As for our kitchen, I'm so happy walking downstairs to my gorgeous kitchen now!!! My mom is even impressed with the whole project and she can be a tough cookie. Highly recommend.

Matthew and his crew did an amazing job on a huge project in a small amount of time. We set a deadline and though it was pushed two weeks past they worked diligently to get it done but still maintain the great quality. They moved multiple walls in the home, moved the location do our bathroom, reworked plumbing and electrical. They basically gave us a brand new home along with rebuilding us a new porch. Everything looks amazing and Matthew was so responsive throughout the entire project and even after the project was done! UPDATE 1/13/24: I would never recommend this business to someone again. You will see I recommended them a few months ago but since moving into the home Matthew remodeled for us it has been nothing but problems. Our closet they built for us completely fell down within months of moving in. Nothing was anchored to studs or even the wall itself. Just small boards they put up that also weren't properly anchored to the walls We had to redo the whole thing ourselves. Our dishwasher was installed completely wrong. Mathew argued with me about it and we had to hire someone else to replace it. The worst thing we have come across so far is that our new water line for our bathroom he remodeled was put along the cold exterior wall of our basement with the insulation installed OVER the line. In other words, the line was insulated from the warmer interior of the basement. It was guaranteed to freeze. When confronting Matthew of these issues he refused to take fault or address our concerns. During the remodel process they moved many walls in our home and created new rooms. They completely forgot or did not know to install return or receiving vents in the new spaces they created. We caught the mistake luckily by consulting a different professional and Matthews team installed them, but only because my dad helped them do so. They are not fit to be doing work or this level at all.

There were a lot of hiccups in getting this project started, due to unforeseen circumstances, but they were very professional and kept in contact with updates. The new deck looks great and is exactly what we wanted!

Matt and all of the crew of sunflower construction easily handled renovating/remodeling our home. They helped us with floor to ceiling demolition of 70% of our home. Then made all of our new designs for the house come to life! The quality of work is impeccable. Canâ t even describe 180° difference of our kitchen! Thanks for making our forever home everything we dreamed !
