Jamie Kuhn of Summit came to our home to look at potential damage and missing shingles. We already knew it was a small project but finding a contractor to do the job was a challenge as most of them have a minimum charge. My husband is approaching his 80s and climbing on a roof is not an option. We had the missing shingles and he went up on the roof to assess the damage. When he came down he told my husband he put the shingles back on and we should not have any additional problem .He did not want to be compensated and said he would appreciate if we would recommend Summit to anyone who needs a roofing or siding expert. His generosity of his time and expertise were greatly appreciated. We will go out of our way to tell everyone about Summit Building Roofing. Call them first you will be glad you did.

Needed to replace an old and leaky asphalt shingle roof. Amazing customer service and workmanship. Josh was great to work with from start to finish. He gave me quotes for asphalt shingles, a metal roof and metal shingles. He made communication very easy and answered all my questions. I ended up going with a standing seam Metal roof for a great price. I chose Summit over five other Angi highly rated companies. I also had them install larger gutters and downspouts on the house which look and work great. Thank you to Josh and the work crew that did an amazing job.

Jamie, my Sales person, was very nice And pleasant to talk to you. The gentleman that came out to fix the shingles on my roof was also very nice. In regards to those two people, I would recommend the company.to others. Cost wise, not so much. I just think $500 to replace what they told me was only eight Shingles was way too much money.

I hired them to replace my asphalt shingle roof and they were great to work with. Showed up right on time and finished the same day. Very professional, cleaned up afterwards and roof looks great. Definitely recommend them.

I hired them because I had roof leaking. My insurance company only wanted to pay for roof repair when the team boss came out to look at my roof he told me that it would be more to do the work then what was originally estimated. Knowing that my roof needed a lot of work we negotiated a price for replacement. I feel that I can really work with this company.

This was a bad experience. First, they promised to complete the work numerous times before they actually did. It got so bad that they even lied and claimed they came out even though none of my cameras on my home saw them, the person working from home did not see or hear them, and my dogs did not bark, but they bark when packages are delivered if that tells you anything (they never came and had the audacity to lie). Nevertheless, they eventually came back out and did not even contact me as I requested. The person working from home said the person was at the house for less than 10 minutes. During the first steady rain after the alleged repair, the primary leak is still leaking AND more drips are being observed even though this company claimed it would take care of all issues and the roof should be fine for several years. Needless to say, I will be having another company come out to look at what was done and complete the repairs. I can t imagine a worse experience.
