I signed with them when they first arrived. I didn't bother to check elsewhere as I just wanted it fixed asap. I get that way when upset. It was NOT a cheap or easy project, and even two of the workers said that Sullivan's is more expensive than many others. ---- I will say that of the eight men who were here over the course of about two weeks, each one of them was terrific. They all were really friendly, had great personalities and a sense of humor, and took time to answer any question I had.

We had broken terra cotta pipes replaced from house to the main. Was scheduled promptly. Thomas S. and another young man were very polite and kept us informed as to the process of things. I have used this company for smaller projects as well. All are very nice and do not talk down to you because you are female. Went through about 6 other companies, will be staying with them.

Our hot water heater had stopped working. They contacted us quickly. Assisted the problem and fixed it with in 3 hours. He was quite knowledgeable did not try to up sale us a new one. I would recommend without hesitation.

Sullivan Plumbing promised to install new gas line from street to home within 2 days tops and ended up taking 7 days due to failing Gas inspections 3 times. I almost got fined by the Township because they left a hole opened at the street for those 7 days. When the job finally past inspection by Peoples Gas, Sullivan just dumped the dirt back into the hole without attempting to bring my yard back to normal - did not level the dirt, did not re-sod or plant any grass seed. I paid $3400+ for this job, and now know it should have been half that. I was told to get a great job it will cost so I expected great things. I do not recommend this company for gas line replacement, I do not think their people have been trained at all - they failed inspection 3 times - need I say more. Furthermore Home Advisor - By Angie must accept some of the blame they do not do a good job of vetting their so called pros.
