I hate this company to do a structural inspection to outside of a townhouse in New York. They came highly rated from an inspector whom I love. The inspector Joe is absolutely amazing. Heâ s smart heâ s efficient. Heâ s honest heâ s fair. I really enjoy work with him. His scheduler/assistant Kim has been absolutely terrible from the very beginning. She has a professional demeaning, a very nasty, and seem to not be concerned at all. I asked for the inspection Report over a week ago and it still has not gotten to me. She said she can only send it to the email address that did the payment. I have a firm that does all of my payments but they do not receive reports. I had said this to her and still have not received a report yet. Customer Service means a lot because sheâ s determined to be nasty to me and Iâ m not sure why.

I hired Structural Workshop to confirm that the wall around my kitchen was not load-bearing, since I wanted to take it down for a renovation. This very simple job turned out to be a bit of a nightmare because the manager of my condo building is both incompetent and dishonest, but the team at Structural Workshop was super patient throughout. Akash came out twice to survey my condo and wrote 3(!) letters in the end to satisfy the powers that be. He and the office staff were also very communicative, prompt, and reliable. They did everything they possibly could to help. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

I hired this company to analyze some structural issues in my condo, to determine a possible modification of the layout. I could not wish for a better experience working with this company, from the onset through the completion. Courtesy, great customer service, punctuality, knowledge and professionalism - this is just a short list of what I've come across while dealing with this company. Highly recommend!
