They arrived within 30 minutes of my contacting them through Angii, then called me for a brief synopsis of the job. Two plumbers came to the house, looked at the work to be done, went out for a part (mine is a very old toilet, and parts are sometimes not "on the truck." With 15 minutes of their return, the job was done! Good timing, good work, good customer relations!

The owner came out and fixed the problem himself, which ended up being a bad thermostat, not an issue with the HVAC system itself. He did look at the system, both the furnace and ac units, to make sure they were in good shape. He only charged me for the service fee, $168, and installed a new thermostat so I can use the system until I get another like the one I had. He was very efficient, got the job done quickly, and never tried to upcharge me on items or services I didn't need. Very impressed, and I will definitely use this business in the future!
