My AC went out in 100degree weather, everyone I called said it would be 5days or more to take a look at it. Straight Shooter came within the hour and had me up and running

There was a $100 service call fee that was NOT deducted from the $800 repair bill. I'd asked the dispatcher ahead of time and was offered a $50 discount. Still, a $100 or even $50 service fee from a company that is walking distance from my house is a new one on me and difficult to understand. They did respond quickly and were professional in completing the project. Didn't know whether to ding them for "value" or "customer service" for the add-on.

I was completely without AC in TX during this month s triple digit heat. My 7 year old Trane heat pump died; the prior company who installed it let me down. Caleb Walsh and his Team of AC Technicians had my old unit out, new unit in and running and my house frosty cool in 24 hours!!! Impeccable quality, great price, very honest, and did everything with care and precision. This was my best customer experience in 40 years. My ComfortMaker AC has a fabulous warranty too. I recommend Straight Shooter Heating and Air 1000%.

Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there that evening . The next day at 8am my system was being installed. The gentleman arrived at 7:45am and started working. They did not leave until 5:30pm working the entire time, even pulled my trash can from the curb. My system looks GREAT, and my installation looks GREAT! I'm so happy!! Will definitely recommend to everyone!
