Jake Hammond of STORMTECH Shutters was very prompt to our request for installation of Accordian Shutters in our house during middle of the Hurricane season. He gave us a very quick detailed quote in writing. His price was very compatitive. On my request they finished the job much earlier than I expected. His installers were two very efficient young guys who finished the job in less than 4 hours and left the place very clean. The SHUTTERS look very good. We could not have expected better service. We would RECOMMEND them to any one.

The installers did a great job, when they finally arrived to do the job. Jake, the owner, knows his product and is good at selling it. The quality is very good. He is just a bit slow in responding to telephone calls. It took about 12 weeks from placing the order to the installation, which I understood due to high demand and material shortages the manufacturers were experiencing after Irma. I just feel had we not pursued the installation date it would have taken longer than it did.

The workmen (installers and electrician) that Jake sent to my home were very impressive. They treated my home like it was their own. Rather than looking for the fastest way to get the job done, instead they looked at it as "how would I do this if this was my own home?". Craftsmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.

has been nothing short of a pitiful/poor/upsetting & stressful experience to say the least. This has been going on four months now & they still can?t get it right. There has been bad measurements so the shutters don?t fit properly. I?m told to use a washer to hide there imperfections REALLY!!! I was also told by the owner Jake that the office was going through a new transition reff the communication issues ! We have been told the installer will be there & NO SHOW or someone shows up unannounced! Its INCREDIBLE that this Company is still in business!! We?ve even been told shutters were dropped off when we weren?t here & they never were. Whoops wrong house !
