Excellent communication throughout the project. Their employees were very personable, asked a lot of questions, and made sure everything was set up to go how we wanted it to before finalizing. It was a relatively smooth process, and overall the final product exceeded our expectations.

The employees were very friendly and professional, always kept us apprised if there would be any delay, and were communicative ahead of time if there were any problems. The bathroom came out beautifully and I'm very satisfied with their work.

He has a base crew that are fabulous, and has been here from start to finish on my extensive addition and home renovation project. We had been planning on doing this for about 5 years, and Chad collaborated with us on the design and we felt he was our best option to get the ball rolling. The subcontractors he used for all the plumbing and electrical have been top notch. They're very nice and courteous, and accommodated my kid and pets. They cleaned up after themselves well and helped me with returns if I got the wrong materials. They made expert recommendations on the build. They kept good hours, weren't here too early in the morning or too late at night and always checked with us that they were not intrusive. I kept a notebook of items I wanted to double check per each room, and they worked through it with me one by one to address them. Everything is up to code and passed inspections. Overall, pleased with the experience.

The company went above and beyond to make us the project was completed with satisfaction. All the guys in the crew were very efficient, professional, and dependable.
