Owner was nice. The result was good.

I got everything I wanted, quick, and with work by competent tradesmen. I could not find anyone else to install vinyl flooring in two small bathroom. Exceeded expectations - leveled floor, straight and smooth. I have used him again. Plumber did the disconnections, and new faucets and all new pipes under sinks. You can use your own plumber, but this was the way to go for me. I have used him again. You pay plumber (flat charge for basics) and floor installer directly. Solid wood Koville cabinets made in China, still nicer than I expected. Nice 18 gauge (I think) stainless sinks. Things move fast on install. Best to give any special instructions up front, otherwise you get it their way, which is probably OK most of the time. Recommend moving furniture out of the way, and maybe laying your own carpet protector. You might have four or five men moving fast at once. Estimator was also quick and accurate. No up-selling, suggestions reasonable and appreciated. Unless you're going full custom, I see no reason to go any other way.

I had to constantly call to get a status and when I connected the receptionist had the wrong date. It was straightened out tho. Great attention to detail was paid by the owner at the beginning of the project but, never say him again after the installation was complete. I had a question or 2 and wanted to show him a small issue with the finished project. This caused 4 instead of 5 stars. All said I do recommend this vendor, because they have a plumber to un/reinstall garbage disposal and cooktop. The vendor even agreed to allow me to charge the plumber's cost instead of writing a check. Added bonus.

Jerry was great with his knowledge and recommendations for our countertop. Jesse did a great job and came back and fixed a tiny flaw in the stone so now it looks great.

We love the quartz counter tops! I can't believe how quickly they were installed. The plumber arrived in the morning and immediately after the installation began. By 4:00 they were finished! The plumber came the next morning and finished the installation. We would absolutely recommend Stone Expo.

I interviewed several companies before selecting Stone Expo. They had the best price and the workmanship and quality is impeccable. My kitchen looks amazing. Jerry had some really good suggestions as I really don't have an eye for interior design. (He also knows all the best cleaning products.) There was a detailed schedule so I knew exactly when things were getting done. They were right on time. Even when the unexpected happened, like my gas line wouldn't allow the stove to be flush against the wall, it was not a hassle, it was taken care of. The workers left my home clean and I completely trusted them. They were polite and respectful of my home. They consulted me and didn't just make decisions without asking me if there were options available to me. Having your kitchen remodeled doesn't have to be a nightmare...if you go with Stone Expo.

Stone Expo installed a Quartz kitchen counter top and tile back splash from material that was pre-selected from a distributor in Anaheim, not from their showroom. From the outset Jerry was attentive, informative, and cordial. The crew was skilled, arrived promptly, and worked diligently and professionally. I'm in the service business as well, so I know how to score the workmanship. I tend to view projects with a very critical eye. I scoured with a "magnifying glass" looking for flaws. Happily, I found none! I'm sorry some of you may have had difficulty, but I did not. Great management, great crew. Five stars!

Compared to the initial completion estimate, it took much more time to schedule for delivery. For installation, the workers did not show up as promised. It was very inconvenient for us to wait for the workers to show up for both initial installation, and continuation work due to the delayed arrival at the initial installation work.
