Jerry and his workers were extremely courteous, showed up on time, cleaned up nicely, and got the job done on time and met my expectations about how remodeling should be done.

He does not finish after he gets paid, he does not give a damn about the customer.

If I could give 100 stars i would! Jerry was without a doubt the very BEST contractor I've ever worked with! He was on top of the project from start to finish!! He was extremely communicative and was here every day checking on his crew. His team was super professional, respectful of my home and so nice! Everyone showed up exactly when we were told they would and finished the job right when Jerry estimated! My kitchen ended up more beautiful than I even imagined! I'm already looking to do my bathrooms and an outdoor kitchen just so that I can work with Jerry and Stone Expo again! I would recommend him to everyone!!

UPDATE: 6/26/20 Jerry paid for half of the price of the range hood and so now we can find someone to repair the damage. Stone Expo cutting and installation of our countertop was the worst we have ever had (we have remodeled 7 kitchens with solid surface countertops in each). Jerry excuse for the fit was the walls not being square, but that is the same for every kitchen we have had. Jerry did not use a template and only took measurements. The overhang of the countertop ranges from 1-4throughout the kitchen. Also, the installers dented our range hood (I actually took photos of the kitchen moments prior to the install). I contacted Jerry immediately, sent photos, size, and manufacturers names to either repair or replace the range hood. He said he needed to contact someone and never heard back. I have texted him 13 times and he just keeps blowing me off. I read multiple bad reviews before hiring him, but my husband could not believe someone so nice would not have good customer service. After over 2 months later nothing has been done to repair the range hood. We even offered he just pay for half of the value of the hood and we would handle the rest. NO RESPONSE! BEWARE, just like past reviews, he will not follow through to take care of his responsibility. Some might argue it was during the COVID **quarantine**, but he installed and took our money during the same period, so that is not an excuse. Since posting this review he now says he will pay half of the price of the hood...we will see if we see a check.

He was very knowledgable professional and answered our questions. He also offered suggestions and alternatives. We accepted his quote and gave him a deposit of about a third and have a timeline about two weeks out to complete the project

Jerry and his crew did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They were clean and very professional. The boss is very pleased with the new look ---it met her expectations. Good coordination of drywaller, plumber, counter top installers, plumber again and painter.

Arrived on time, wearing masks, laid a drop cloth for traffic, called on me to discuss options and help with decisions, left no mess, done in 2 hrs installing small counter and sink, polite, good English, price was very reasonable. Would hire for any other jobs.

Excellent workmanship. Excellent attention to detail. Open and straight forward in selling the product and service.
