I used Steve to help design and create plans for a garage addition to submit for a permit. He showed up on time and after realizing he shared the vision for the design, I hired him. No hard sell, just business as it should be. His contract was straightforward, and he completed the work on time for the amount specified. Dealing with the city, suppliers, contractors can be frustrating at times, but Steve's roll in the process was painless. Im a DIY'er by nature, so it was nice to work with someone who allowed me to be involved.

You get what you pay for. After reading great reviews on his company, we hired Steve to complete plans for our home addition (they were about 75% complete at the time). He was very helpful and responsive up until we paid the balance of our fees. After that, he would not return phone calls, emails, or texts. Our project hit delay after delay because of it. He provided incorrect Manual S and J calculations that were rejected by the city, and we had to hire someone else to do them so we could get our permits approved. He also lied about making simple redline corrections from the city and I had to do them myself (he said it took 2 hours to do them and it took me 10 minutes). These are only some of the issues we had. Now that we are building, each subcontractor comments on how unprofessional and incorrect his plans are. I am worried about how our house will turn out. I would not hire him again, it was a big mistake.

Steve Tucker did a fantastic job on my landscaping. I had no idea that your landscaping can be staged! I have no problem putting my home up sale now that the curb appeal is awesome! He designed and staged both my front and back yards and kept within my budget! He is amazing and it sure was less expensive than installing all new landscapes. He is personable and a good listener. I told him what I was looking for and my budget and I cannot believe what a bargain I got. I have no problem highly recommending Steve. Thanks Steve!
