Jonathan did my builders warranty inspection. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The inspection report was received within 24 hours of the inspection and was very thorough. I highly recommend Jonathan.

Following two major Hurricanes, I had water intrusion and damage not covered by the HOA. Jonathan came out to do a full inspection to help pin point where the water intrusion occurred, ensure the impacts to flooring, walls and baseboards were address so I knew what repairs I needed to facilitate. Especially being in a condo- I had impacts from others above my unit so his expertise and insights were not only reassuring during a challenging time, but immensely helpful on my responsibility for repairs versus the HOA. Jonathan was so immensely through, knowledgeable and helpful while also answering all of my questions. I highly recommendation Jonathan and Steel Rhino for any property inspections needs.

I have hired Jonathan for at least 15 different home inspections for my clients. He is my favorite Inspector because he is really good at being thorough and checking all of the important details. He is also great at explaining things to my clients so they understand what is an important thing to look for, what is something that could be a serious issue, and what is something that is for their knowledge as a homeowner.
