Cody was very professional and did a good job. The carpet is old and so he was upfront about the fact that there were places that wouldn't look great even after it was cleaned. I appreciated that. I think there were a few places that could have been treated and maybe would have looked better. But that could be wishful thinking on my part.

Cody was very nice, called when he was on his way, was not late. Cleaned all the carpet, but only went in 1 direction. It looks better, but there were lots of spots left & my husband went over all of them & got them out. Paid more than the special price but got a cheap job. Also, my study’s carpet is all splotchy colored now.

Outcome better than anticipated. Cody is great!
