Even though all their info shows carpet cleaning, I needed dryer vent cleaning and they definitely do that. I suggested they make their info show that as well since they did an excellent job of it. They were there when they said they would be, they were efficient and explained what they were going to do, what they completed and even showed photos of the work. I initially talked to another company and after the first contact, I could never reach them and they never showed up. Glad I found this company.

Steam Team was suppose to come Sat. the 16th between 10-12. When he didn't show up at 12:00 Clock I called and left him a message. I told him I text my address by messenger. I told him to give me a call back and let me know what happen I never got a call back.
Response from Company:
I apolgize maam for your bad experience but i caesar the owner never set an appt for the 16th i was out of town that weekend. There must have been some confusion on which company you selected

I had an emergency situation. The other service made an automatic appointment for 9 AM the next morning whereas Steam King called immediately and was able to come in a few hours! He was very professional and able to clean two bedroom rugs prior to my husband arriving home from a nursing home. Very grateful.

Great customer service - he was able to fit me in quickly, called me on his way to my house, and was right on time! My builder grade carpet was poorly installed, causing many ripples throughout the home. He was able to power stretch it, cut, and patch the locations where gaps formed due to the stretching. Looks great!
