Eric did a home inspection on our new build in Forsyth County. Caught things that could have been overseen. We were able to use his report easily by copy & pasting to our builder and those things were covered under warranty. New roof had to be placed in areas, wrong type of nails had been used on our newly built porch, Eric caught these items and we were able to correct before they became an issue later on. His expertise in building really shows. Quailty work and an honest guy. I refer him all the time.

Eric O'Neil of Steadfast Inspections is an excellent choice for any home inspection. I have utilized his services during the purchase of two separate single family homes over the past year. I have a fairly extensive background in the construction trades, but Eric consistently finds items (important items!) that I would have otherwise overlooked during my own due diligence process. I can say without reservation or exaggeration that Eric has saved my wife and me thousands of dollars, at the minimum. His inspections have helped us strengthen our negotiation position during the sales contract process. Additionally, his comprehensive inspections have helped us anticipate and budget for future problems with our home purchases.

Top notch inspection!! Eric is not in it for any lenders or real estate agents….He’s working for YOU! You’re going to get a very detailed inspection, with pictures and details describing any issues. Highly recommend if you want a quality inspection!!

Eric was the most thorough inspector I've ever had. He did an excellent job with both commercial and residential purchases. He gave me a lot of good information without overwhelming me. He made sure there would be no surprises and made the process easier on me.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
