Reviews
Write a ReviewGreg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct.
As a Disabled Combat Veteran, Integrity is a key Important factor for me. StayDry (or StayWet as I call them) is the worst, most negligent and corrupt company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. No honesty, no integrity, no communication. It's been a horrifying experience, one of the worst i've had, let me tell you PLEASE BE ADVISED. Team leader Aaron started talking to my wife about how he liked large breast as well as talking about his recent divorce and how he loved young women etc...RED FLAG Guys did not have the knowledge needed to do the job. Stay Dry did not do the work in the agreed upon contract. The work they DID do was so absolutely disgraceful . Had 2 other waterproofing companies and 1 construction company here with city officials who said it was egregious. Never finished the work. Took my money and RAN.
The Crew that came in Chris, Paul, C.J., Ezekiel and Robert were awesome. I really wasn't sure what this was going to entail. They were here for 2 days and did a great job. They cleaned up everything and went over and above what I expected. They walked me thru everything and put my mind at ease. I would definitely highly recommend them.
Chis and his crew showed up on time ,was very efficient, professional and very satisfied with results.
Great communication and easy to work with.

Great communication. Easy to work with.
Kyle team did fast work, but there was still mold in my bathroom and basement, where they were supposed to remove it from. On top of that, they left my bathroom dirty. There was a white chalky substance caked to my floor, counter tops, and splattered all over my mirror. There were white boot marks tracked on the floor of my entrance way, and my basement was very dusty (which might have been unavoidable). I called to tell Stay Dry about it, and they sent someone to come clean up for free, which was nice, and he did a great job and was able to get to my house the day after I called. After everything was done, I saw in my bathroom that a pile of dust and stuff had been pushed behind my toilet. I am not sure if that was there from Kyle and his team, or from the gentleman who cleaned up, but it really did look like they had very little respect for me and my house. I do not typically complain about services I get for the sake of complaining, and I barely leave reviews for things. Stay Dry asked me to leave a review, so here I am. I also probably would not be so inclined to comain, had this project not been $7,500 for my house to be left dirty and there to still be mold. Thankfully, they did send someone to clean up and remove the excess mold.
Workers were great and very professional
They worked quickly and efficiently
