my Dell laptop was broken. I engaged St. Isidore's to explore the problem. I received an estimate (no charge) and decided to see if repair was the best option. Austin did research on a new computer based on my requirements. Based on the data I was given I decided to purchase a new machine. Upon delivery Austin spent the better part of a Saturday morning setting it up. I couldn't be more happy with my decision. While waiting for Windows updates to complete, Austin fixed a problem with my wife's computer at no charge. Austin is excellent at what he does and is a very good communicator. I highly recommend him for all your computer and IT needs.

Over a year ago, I bought a refurbished Lenovo laptop from a computer repair place. When I tried to get it going (after the warranty period), it wouldn't connect to my wifi. I had another tech come to my house, and he installed a new board, but it still wouldn't work. Then I found Austin of St. Isidores. He knew that Lenovo needed special drivers for wifi. He installed them and now it works! For several years, Austin worked for a big computer repair outfit, and he has experience with an amazing range of computers and their problems. He can work at your location or by phone. All for a very reasonable price. While he was at my house, I showed him my 5-year-old laptop/tablet convertible that I really love, but it was running very slowly. Even though it's incredibly old for a computer, he was able to get it to run faster. AND I had A SimpliSafe doorbell that I couldn't get to work with my internet, and he fixed that, too! Austin is incredibly knowledgeable. He's also reliable and kind, and he answers questions in a simple way that even I can understand. He's now my #1 computer technician, and I highly recommend him!
