Was knowledgeable, was a bit difficult to understand on the phone. Was a sweet guy that knew what he was doing. He was a real good find and I will use him again. He fixed problems I didn't know I had. That being said the system works better than I can ever remember. Wa-hooooow!!!

Oswald was able to fix my problem in 15 minutes. Four other people tried prior to Oswaldâ s visit unsuccessfully. I would be happy to have him help me with any future sprinkler problems.

Oswald was very prompt in responding to the inquiry and flexible with scheduling of the appointment. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem (broken valve). He provided the available options and installed the new valve. He s on the expensive side of the scale, but is efficient at getting the job done. I would recommend him, knowing I could possibly get someone a little cheaper, but no guarantee they will be as good. Bottom line, he s expensive, but good and efficient.

Oswald was excellent, on time, cleaned up beautifully, and worked with me to replace backyard drip system with 4 major leaks and front yard sprinker that had unscrewed itself ( I thought the main pipe was broken from the excess water that flowed). Work was higher than anticipated but was done in less than a day the following day from the estimate. Totally would refer him again. Only confusing thing was business card says Oswald, Invoice says Perez Sprinkler Repair.

My Sprinkler Issue: I have a 3 valve system, with a controller (2 for the lawn, one for the garden, all pop-up sprinklers). One of the valves broke and was not actuating. This caused severe water hammer that could be heard in the house, and the pop-up heads to pulsate and leak water. Pre Install: Oswald was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He showed up to the initial appointment on time, was quickly able to detect the issue and provide a reasonable cost & time estimate for the job. (I got other quotes to compare scope and price and his was in line with the type of work that was needed to fix the issue. He clearly had more experience than some of the other contractors recommended in my area). Installation & Clean Up: On the day of the repair, he came early and finished early. He was able to reuse some existing hardware and lower the fees so the overall project cost came in under budget! He cleaned up the area better than he left it. All wires were secured, new controller box properly installed, provided clear instructions & user manual. He even took the scrap valves and debris. BOTTOM LINE: I would highly recommend going with Oswald for any sprinkler system installation and/or repair.

Oswald quickly responded to my service request, arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, and promptly repaired the irrigation leak. The area is located on a steep hillside with very dense brush, which is the reason for the higher cost.
