Bill and Will came out to our home on time and ready to work on a very hot day. They knew exactly how to install my Rheem hybrid water heater and brought along extra parts in case they were needed (extra parts weren't needed as it turned out.). They were patient and friendly, and communicated well. Great experience and installation.

We were under a time constraint with our water heater leaking really bad. We had gotten a quore from the big box companies and it was a little high. All the other companies we wanted to get quotes from wanted to come out to do an estimate appointment. Under our urgent timing, we weren't looking for that. We were looking for someone that could quote us and get it done ASAP. Steve and I went back and forth text messages and were able to come to not only a price, but also when they could install - all without an estimate appointment! They actually came in below the big box's quote. We talked back and forth and within less 36 hours, our new water heater was installed. The guys that came out were amazing and quick. I can't thank Springfield Plumbing enough for how quickly they got this taken care of for us!

The were very professional and did an excellent job. They replaced my gas water heater for $1000 dollars less than anyone else quoted.

I gave them a four for the value for money is only because I felt is was more expensive than I expected it to be, but the quality of the work and the customer service is well worth the money.
