Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and quick. When I spoke with them on the phone the first time about what was wrong, things were explained toe in a way I could understand without making me feel stupid. I appreciated that. They were able to be out the next morning to install my water heater and the technician was polite and punctual.

They did a very nice job. One of their people was on vacation so they sent an older man and a young guy. Both performed very professionally and though it was difficult getting the new heater down the basement (and the old one up) they managed and got the job done. I was very pleased with the service and with the job they did.

Steve and his crew made sure that all was taken care of. There were a few unexpected problems that were not caused by Springfield Plumbing and they made sure all was fixed and completed to our satisfaction. GREAT customer service! We were completely satisfied and would certainly recommend this company.
