Water heater was replaced and a copper hot water line in a crawlspace that had been capped was reconnected. Communication throughout the process was prompt and detailed. Very happy with the results and would recommend.

Scott and the team at Springfield Plumbing did an absolutely wonderful job problem-solving, diagnosing, and fixing my furnace. Steve was my contractor for my bathroom remodel. First of all, the job started and ended when Steve said it would, which is rare in the construction industry, in my experience. He and Suzanne were very responsive throughout the process, keeping me apprised of the progress and any issues that may need to be addressed along the way. Steve made sure that every detail was taken care of to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Springfield. They did a great job installing a new water heater. Then 2 days later I had an outside water emergency with a faucet. The owner came to my house and promptly fixed it. I am grateful for their help and would not hesitate to call them again.

Our 15 year old GE water heater failed and i was left with no hot water. Springfield immediately answered my query and were willing to install same day. The staff kept me informed of my job status throughout the process. Their workers arrived on time and completed the job in an hour. I was able to shower again 30 minutes later. Would recommend.
